With over 60 years and three generations of development and management experience, DBS Developments set out to create a new standard for luxury rentals. To fit their vision of a residence that is purely Forest Hill, DBS called on Wise Nadel Design for interiors as luxurious as the neighbourhood. With an ever-growing team, Wise Nadel Design retains the personal touch of a boutique design firm under the watchful eye of its two principals, Robin and Harvey. Designed to complement and expand upon the elegant exteriors, each suite at 2Fifteen is rich with elevated simplicity that welcomes any resident to move in and make themselves at home. From statement homes to large-scale condominiums, Wise Nadel’s design forward, client driven approach, results in an unmatched level of consistency and quality throughout all of their work.

Dedicated to developing a luxurious residence, DBS welcomed PFS Studio to the team. A leading Canadian planning, urban design and landscape architecture firm, PFS offers consulting services both nationally and internationally on a wide range of projects. Having been recognized with many awards over the years, they employed their keen ability to create memorable and engaging spaces when designing the landscaping, entrance layout, and the most breathtaking amenity at 2Fifteen, the 17th floor terrace. Well known for both planning and built works, the firms extensive portfolio speaks for itself.
